We are selecting an Assistant Manager for our store at CC Siam Mall Tenerife who is passionate about offering a unique customer experience and who seeks continuous improvement to achieve great results.

You will ensure that the store is in perfect condition and complies with TOUS policies regarding image, appearance, quality standards, and excellent customer service, in coordination with the Store Manager and covering for them in their absences.

For you to feel comfortable in the project, we value that you have more than 2 years of previous experience as a salesperson in high-end luxury jewelry and/or top brands connected to fashion and lifestyle, or in an Assistant Manager position.

That you have training or interest in art, design, fashion, styling, personal shopping, visual and/or merchandising.

We positively value that you feel comfortable speaking English to advise our international customers.

We value that you have previous experience in team management and/or staff organization and operations in the store.

Para que te sientas cómodx en el proyecto, valoramos que tengas experiencia previa de más de 2 años como vendedor/a de alta joyería de lujo y/o primeras marcas que conectan con la moda y el lifestyle o en un puesto de trabajo de Assistant Manager.

Que dispongas de formación o interés en el arte, diseño, moda, estilismo, personal shopping, visual y/o merchandising.

Valoramos positivamente que te sientas cómodx hablando en inglés para asesorar a nuestros clientes internacionales.

Valoramos que tengas experiencia previa en la gestión de equipos y/u organización y operativa de staff en tienda.
