As an Institutional Relations Executive 📢, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing TOUS's institutional relations activity, ensuring the coherence and alignment of corporate messages, the quality of public appearances, and the activation of a relational agenda with impact.

Responsibilities and opportunities: 📜

• You will prepare key messages, speeches, and briefs for public appearances by the vice presidency and other spokespersons.
• You will coordinate the relational agenda, prioritizing forums, events, and spaces with reputational impact.
• You will manage communication with the external agency, ensuring coherence and alignment in messages.
• You will provide support in representing TOUS before institutions, organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• You will identify and propose forums, spaces, and initiatives to strengthen TOUS's positioning in areas such as family business, industry, and related sectors.
• You will draft and adapt institutional content (notes, messages, and materials) for different channels and contexts.
• You will collaborate in defining and developing messages linked to initiatives with reputational impact, both external and internal.

What will make you succeed in the position? 🧐

• Relevant postgraduate education (Master's/MBA) in Corporate Communications, Institutional Relations, Public Affairs, Business Management, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a company in the sector or in positions with similar characteristics.
• You feel comfortable speaking English.

Responsabilidades y oportunidades: 📜

• Prepararás mensajes clave, discursos y briefs para intervenciones públicas de vicepresidencia y otros portavoces.
• Coordinarás la agenda relacional, priorizando foros, eventos y espacios con impacto reputacional.
• Gestionarás la interlocución con la agencia externa, asegurando coherencia y alineamiento en los mensajes.
• Darás soporte en la representación de TOUS ante instituciones, organizaciones y otros stakeholders relevantes.
• Identificarás y propondrás foros, espacios e iniciativas para reforzar el posicionamiento de TOUS en ámbitos como empresa familiar, industria y sectores afines.
• Elaborarás y adaptarás contenidos institucionales (notas, mensajes y materiales) para distintos canales y contextos.
• Colaborarás en la definición y desarrollo de mensajes vinculados a iniciativas con impacto reputacional, tanto externas como internas.

¿Qué te hará triunfar en la posición? 🧐

• Formación posgrado relevante (Máster/MBA) en Comunicación Corporativa, Relaciones Institucionales, Public Affairs, Dirección de Empresas o similares.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en empresa del sector o en posiciones de características similares.
• Que te sientas cómodo/a hablando Inglés.
