BI Technical Analyst

What are we looking for?

• Education in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or similar, with a technological profile.
• Knowledge and practice in SQL environments, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and transform them into analytical solutions.

Beyond technical knowledge, we are looking for a profile with curiosity for data and for the business. Someone who wants to understand the data beyond the figure: where it comes from, what explains its changes, and what information we can obtain from it. With the ability to listen to and understand the needs of the different areas and translate them into BI solutions that are truly useful in their day-to-day work.

We will value:

• Experience as a BI Developer.
• Knowledge of Power BI: semantic model design, DAX with complex measures, advanced visualization, and the Power BI Service environment.
• Experience in managing business data, such as HR, Finance, or other corporate areas.
• English.

We want to incorporate a technical BI Analyst profile to work with the company's corporate data and provide support to the different areas of the organization.

The position combines the technical part of data integration, processing, and modeling with an analytical dimension, oriented towards understanding the company's needs and transforming them into useful information for business monitoring and decision-making.

What will you do?

• Design and maintain data integration and processing processes (ETL) from the various corporate databases and systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain corporate and departmental dashboards, as well as analytical reports adapted to the different levels of the organization (Management, managers, and departments).
• Manage and monitor functional incidents, evaluating their impact on the business and ensuring their resolution.
• Define, maintain, and evolve corporate and analytical data models.
• Guarantee functional and technical coherence with the corporate ecosystem.
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, reliability, and availability of the data.
• Prepare key indicators, statistics, and analyses that add value to the business and facilitate decision-making.
• Maintain and provide support for the developments and applications carried out within their scope.
• Document data models, processes, exploitation criteria, and implemented solutions.

• Temporary contract, with the possibility of moving to a permanent contract if there are requirements in production.
