GIS Development Management Technical Specialist

Tracasa Instrumental is a public ICT company of the Government of Navarra, a leader in the Information Technology sector. Our purpose has a great social impact: the Modernization of the Administration and, therefore, the improvement of people's lives.

A new need has arisen in our Territorial Information Systems area for which we require a technical profile to carry out the following:

- Plan and prioritize the team's work: 

  o Technical roadmaps. 

  o Work plans and team workloads. 

- Ensure the correct execution of GIS projects, on time, cost, and quality. 

- Act as the main point of contact between: 

  o Technical team. 

  o Management / business areas. 

  o Internal or external clients. 

- Participate in the definition of: 

  o GIS technological strategy (together with the architect). 

  o Evolution of the technological stack. 

- Guarantee alignment between functional, technical, and organizational needs. 

- Demand management: 

  o Prioritization of GIS requests. 

  o Coordination of dependencies between projects. 

- Risk identification: 

  o Technical. 

  o Organizational. 

  o Capacity or knowledge. 

- Relationship with clients in all phases of the project lifecycle. 

• Temporary contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent upon completion of the contingency, depending on the productive or organizational needs of the company.
