What you'll do

The functions at the workplace will be:

• Strategic Assortment Management: Define, develop, and continuously monitor product categories and families.

• Assortment Optimization: Maintain an efficient assortment adapted by business line, geographic area, and store cluster.

• Lifecycle Control: Manage the addition, removal, and modification of items and review technical assortment change forms.

• Commercial Planning: Ensure shelf space for the launch of new additions and future seasonal campaigns.

• Data Analysis: Evaluate commercial KPIs to propose operational improvements that guarantee an optimal assortment.

• Support and Incident Resolution: Attend to and resolve daily requests from our logistics centers, stores, and customers.

• Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with the Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, and other teams.
