✔️ Assist customers who have already made a purchase and advise them on taking out optional warranty insurance.

✔️ Manage the activation and formalization of purchased policies.

✔️ Perform cross-selling of other insurance products from the basic portfolio (life, accident, health, home, death, auto, motorcycle, etc.).

How you'll work

📅 The working day is 36 hours per week in rotating shifts, morning shifts from 10:00 to 16:00 and afternoon shifts from 16:00 to 22:00, working Monday to Sunday according to commercial opening days, with one day off per week and one long weekend every four weeks. Additionally, three days per month (Friday, Saturday, or Monday) will be carried out with an extended 10-hour workday, including one hour for lunch, and an average of 15 Sundays or holidays with commercial opening per year will also be worked under the same conditions.
