🎯 Contract: Permanent, 6-month probationary period.

💰 Salary: €17,576 gross annual base salary + €3,000 mobility allowance + €250 guaranteed commissions (for the first 3 months) + generated commissions.

🕒 Schedule: The working day is 39 hours per week in rotating shifts: morning from 10:00 to 16:00 and afternoon from 16:00 to 22:00, working Monday to Sunday according to commercial opening days, with one day off per week and one long weekend every four weeks. Additionally, three days per month (Friday, Saturday, or Monday) will be extended 10-hour shifts, including one hour for lunch, and an average of 15 opening Sundays or holidays per year will be worked under the same conditions. These extended shifts will be compensated with one and a half days of rest for each, in addition to the corresponding payment.

About the position

Are you passionate about sales and working towards targets? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for individuals with a commercial profile and a results-oriented approach to join the El Corte Inglés Seguros team.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Assist customers who have already made a purchase at El Corte Inglés and advise them on the contracting of optional warranty insurance.

✔️ Manage the activation and formalization of the contracted policies.

✔️ Perform cross-selling of other insurance products from the El Corte Inglés Seguros portfolio (life, accident, health, home, funeral, car, motorcycle, etc.).

✔️ Detect the needs of each customer and offer tailored solutions.

✔️ Ensure an excellent customer service experience based on advice and trust.

What are we looking for?

🔹 Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, both telephone and face-to-face.

🔹 A clearly commercial profile oriented towards achieving objectives.

🔹 Good communication skills and negotiation ability.
