💰 Salary: : €1,556 gross/month base salary + €250 guaranteed commissions (first 3 months) + generated commissions.
🕒 Schedule: The workweek is 39 hours in rotating shifts, mornings from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and afternoons from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, working Monday to Sunday according to store opening days, with one day off per week and one long weekend every four weeks. Additionally, there will be three days per month (Friday, Saturday, or Monday) with extended 10-hour shifts, including a one-hour meal break, and an average of 15 opening Sundays or holidays per year under the same conditions. These extended shifts will be compensated with a day and a half of rest for each one, in addition to the corresponding pay.
