✔️ Assisting customers who have already made a purchase at El Corte Inglés and advising them on taking out optional warranty insurance.

✔️ Managing the activation and formalization of the policies taken out.

How you'll work

🕒 Schedule: The working week is 39 hours on rotating shifts, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, working Monday to Sunday according to store opening days, with one day off per week and one full weekend off every four weeks. Additionally, three days per month (Friday, Saturday, or Monday) will involve extended shifts of 10 hours, including a one-hour break, and an average of 15 opening Sundays or holidays per year will be worked under the same conditions. These extended shifts will be compensated with one and a half days of rest for each one, in addition to the corresponding pay.
