📢 We Are Looking for You! We are seeking an ALARM COORDINATOR (TELESALES) FOR THE AFTERNOON SHIFT – HYBRID in Las Rozas, Madrid. 📢

Do you have experience as a COORDINATOR IN THE ALARM SECTOR? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people who want to work in Madrid.

What you'll do

✔️ Supervise and coordinate the sales team

✔️ Monitor targets and productivity.

✔️ Listen to calls and provide feedback to the team.

✔️ Train and support new agents.

✔️ Control sales quality and closings.

✔️ Prepare results reports.

✔️ Implement commercial and operational improvements.

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: 6 months through a staffing agency, then moving to the company.

💰 Salary: €10.60 gross per hour

📅 Schedule: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday – maximum two weekends per month.

🏆 Extras: hybrid arrangement (2 days on-site)
