About the position

Do you have experience as a COORDINATOR in the ALARM SECTOR? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Supervise and coordinate the sales team

✔️ Monitor objectives and productivity.

✔️ Listen to calls and provide feedback to the team.

✔️ Train and support new agents.

✔️ Control sales quality and closings.

✔️ Prepare results reports.

✔️ Implement commercial and operational improvements.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: 6 months via ETT, then transition to the company.

💰 Salary: 10.60 gross euros per hour

📅 Schedule: 1 PM to 9 PM Monday to Sunday - maximum two weekends per month.

🏆 Extras: hybrid modality (2 days on-site)
