Teleoperator (M/F/X) Customer Service with Portuguese - Technology Sector

📢 We Are Looking for You! We are seeking a Teleoperator (M/F/X) with Portuguese 100% Customer Service - Technology Sector 📢

Do you have experience as a Teleoperator or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

✔️ Provide customer service for a major technology brand via chat, phone and email, responding to customers' questions and needs.

✔️ Carry out your duties in Portuguese and Spanish

🔹 Previous experience as a Teleoperator (valued, but not essential)

🔹Native Portuguese (bilingual with Spanish)

🔹 Knowledge of telephony and technology

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

🎯 Contract: 6 months with the possibility of extension and stability.

💰 Salary: €9.71 gross/hour + Language Bonus

📅 Schedule: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

🏆 Extras: Training provided by the company from 31/08 to 07/09

✔️ Atención al cliente de una importante marca de tecnología a través de chat, teléfono y email dando respuestas a dudas y necesidades del cliente.

✔️ Realizar las funciones en Portugués y Castellano

🔹 Experiencia previa como Teleoperador (valorable, pero no imprescindible)

🔹Portugués nativo (bilingüe con castellano)

🔹Conocimientos sobre telefonía y tecnología

🔹 Ganas de aprender y actitud positiva

🎯 Contrato: 6 meses con posibilidad de prorroga y estabilidad.

💰 Salario: 9,71 euros br/hora + Plus de Idioma

📅 Horario: 38,5h semanales de 09:00 a 17:00 de Lunes a Viernes

🏆 Extras: Formación a cargo de la empresa del 31/08 al 07/09
