We are looking for a People Intern to work closely with our Head of People and help ensure that everything across the People function happens smoothly and on time.

This is a generalist role with a strong operational focus, while also offering the opportunity to develop progressively in hiring, culture and employee experience.

What you'll do

Your challenge & roles: ⭐

  • Culture & Employee Experience

  • Support the preparation, collection and organisation of contracts, amendments, employee documentation, signatures and exits.

  • Collect and review monthly payroll variables before sending them to our external payroll partner.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, hardware, accesses and welcome packs.

  • Coordinate workplace needs, office supplies and recurring providers.

  • Keep People information, processes and checklists organised and up to date.

  • Publish job opportunities across our ATS, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

  • Review applications and coordinate interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers.

  • Ensure a close, clear and positive candidate experience.

  • Keep the ATS and talent database updated.

  • Progressively participate in screening interviews and manage intern and junior hiring processes.

  • Support the organisation and execution of company events, offsites and internal initiatives.

  • Participate in the Culture Committee and help turn ideas into actions.

  • Coordinate internal communications around events, new joiners, birthdays and anniversaries.

  • Propose initiatives that improve engagement and the employee experience.

  • Support the Head of People across transversal People projects.

What we're looking for

  • Native/bilingual Spanish and fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level).

  • Highly organized, proactive, and structured approach to tasks.

Nice to have

  • Ideally, previous experience in administrative roles or university/workplace internships.

  • Strong interest in the Tropicfeel brand and a passion for learning modern HR practices.

How you'll work

6-Month Internship starting in September: Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (30 hours per week) options available.

💻 Hybrid policy (3 days at the office, 2 days you can work from home)

🏡 Up to 2 full weeks + 10 days of remote work per year: designed to give you time to explore, travel, and work from wherever inspires you!

⏰ Flexible starting and finishing hours to support work-life balance

📍Barcelona-based job in cool Poblenou offices (L4), 10 minutes from the beach
