The role

What you'll do

You will organize and lead the onboarding of new employees
You will coordinate the development of initial and ongoing training plans, ensuring their quality and overseeing the delivery of legal and mandatory training
You will train Regional Office Managers to identify and develop the talent within their teams
You will coordinate and participate in internal/external talent identification processes, ensuring individual development plans for each employee
You will ensure the subsidization of the training provided
You will produce periodic reports and communications for the People and Culture Department
You will manage the team under your responsibility
You will ensure that all Training, Talent and Development processes comply with our corporate values: Respect, Humility, Trust, Belonging and Performance
