What you'll do
Depending on the Central Information Systems Services of the Vall Companys Group in Lleida, their main functions will be to provide local IT support at the Cornellà de Llobregat plant. This local support includes:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in computer systems.
- Provide technical support to the company's internal users.
- Collaborate on the implementation of new technologies, corporate software updates (ERP), and gathering new requirements.
- Office software support, use of the corporate ERP.
- Keep computer security systems up to date.
Additionally, act as a liaison with key plant users to jointly define requirements for production process improvements related to Information Systems.
