What you'll do
- Collaboration with the S.V.O. in ante-mortem inspection tasks of unloading animals and post-mortem inspection of carcasses and viscera, as well as performing small expurges.
- Collaboration with the S.V.O. in trichina inspection tasks and in official sampling within the National Residue Research Plan.
- Collaboration with the S.V.O. in official sampling of viscera and/or carcasses included within the different established control plans (salmonella...).
- Collaboration with the S.V.O. in the detection and control of the animals' accompanying documentation.
- Recording in the computer program the organization of all seizures produced of both carcasses and viscera, as well as the causes thereof.
- Carrying out tasks while complying with Good Practice protocols for handling and Food Safety.
- Compliance with the quality and occupational risk prevention protocols established in the company.
- Conservation and proper use of the company's machinery, facilities, materials, and tools, as well as the adequate conservation of the provided PPE and clothing.
- Notifying their immediate superior of any incidents and anomalies detected in the production process or in the facility that could affect both the product and the safety of the workers.
- Collaborating with their manager in the resolution of complaints and claims if required.
