Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Intermediate/Higher Degree in maintenance of thermal installations and fluids or industrial refrigeration, in Assembly and Maintenance of Refrigeration and HVAC Installations, or in electricity.

Experience: at least 1 demonstrable year in a similar position and/or company.

Experience is required in preventive and corrective maintenance in the HVAC and industrial refrigeration sector.

Necessary knowledge:
1. in electronics, plumbing, systems, motors, and hydraulic pumps.
2. in electricity and basic level Fire Protection Systems (PCI).
3. RITE License.
4. HVAC / Industrial refrigeration
5. Office automation and computer skills.
6. Second-cycle Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) by specialty (6 hrs).
7. Fluorinated Gases Handling License.
8. Driver's license.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Immediate start.
Permanent contract.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday flexible from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 13:30 to 16:45, and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00.

The role

What you'll do

Their main functions will be:

1. The corrective, preventive, and conductive maintenance of HVAC facilities in different buildings, such as steam boilers and HVAC equipment, air compressors, electricity, etc.

2. Scheduling the corresponding inspections required by applicable regulations, attending to breakdowns when required, and providing support to other colleagues in building maintenance.

3. Recovery of fluorinated gases, leak control, and various repairs in refrigeration systems.

4. Air quality and energy consumption measurement.
