The Supply Chain MED team directly supports Service Operations technicians in the Mediterranean region countries, who are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our customers' wind turbines. Our mission is to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of spare parts, tools, and consumables to wind farms from our network of regional warehouses.
What you'll do
- Management and coordination of urgent and international transport, and interdepartmental needs
- Transport invoicing: creation of purchase requisitions (PR - Purchase Requisition) and monitoring of the entry/receipt of goods in the system (GR - Goods Receipt)
- Management and resolution of incidents linked to external supplier invoices
- Comprehensive management of the fire extinguisher inspection and certification process. Supervision and monitoring of quality and inspections (housekeeping) in the warehouse network
- Support, registration, and monitoring of non-conformities (NC - Non-Conformities) associated with transport
- Monitoring and resolution of blocked material statuses
