Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, mechanical or management).
- 2 years of professional experience required
- Office Software and SAP experience
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Primavera Planning Software knowledge would be an added value.
The role
Region MED > Customer Project Execution, MED > Portfolio Planning & Reporting and Planning Iberia
Within our MED Construction group, the Construction Planning Department oversees leadership, performance, and the full planning and scheduling process for all Sales & Construction projects. Provides interface between Sales, Production, and Construction. Develops strategic plans for low-cost construction and transportation and ensures global production planning is engaged and aligned with SBU goals.
What you'll do
- Coordinating all changes in configuration through the system during the Construction phases
- Maintaining the project configuration in line with the requests from customer and internal model updates
- Coordinating with Technology the approval of the changes in configuration
- Coordinating with Supply Chain and Planning the feasibility of the changes according to the production plan
- Coordinating and following up with Technology the non-standard requests of components ensuring the planning fits execution needs
- Aligning the Construction planners on the implementation of the changes in the Internal Demand Plan

- Meticulous focus on detail, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and configuration integrity
- Ability to coordinate and engage multiple stakeholders across Technology, Supply Chain, Planning, and Construction functions
- Structured and organized approach with the ability to assess impacts, dependencies, and risks of configuration changes
- Effective planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines at the same time
- Forward-thinking problem-solving approach and ability to work through issues
- Process-oriented with a commitment to compliance, governance, and continuous improvement
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational requirements into clear actions
- Capable of thriving in a changing work environment and delivering consistent, high-quality output
