Quality and Safety Manager

• You have a Degree in Health Sciences, with a Degree in Nursing being highly valued (homologated in Spain, if applicable).
• You have at least 2 years of experience in quality management in both hospital settings and healthcare centers.
• You have worked with indicators, data analysis, management systems, and improvement plans.
• You are familiar with ISO 9001 and integrated management systems.
• You have worked as an ISO 9001 internal auditor or have specific training in quality management systems.
• You have knowledge of JCI, process management, and patient quality and safety methodologies.
• You possess analytical capacity, a results orientation, and the ability to work transversally with different clinical teams.
• You have availability to travel within Spain.
• You have an intermediate/advanced level of English.

At Viamed Salud, we want to recruit a Hospital Quality and Safety Manager with a clinical vision, an orientation toward continuous improvement, and a passion for driving excellence in patient care.

You will have a key role in the evolution of our quality, safety, and process improvement standards, contributing directly to increasingly safe, efficient, and person-centered care within our Hospital Viamed Fuensanta in Madrid, as well as certain LYX Urología healthcare centers, recognized as international centers of excellence (ICE).

Lead and drive the Quality and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and healthcare best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting centers in the implementation of initiatives oriented toward excellence.

Your contribution will be fundamental to continue strengthening the processes, indicators, and certifications that guarantee safe and high-quality healthcare.

• Coordinate and supervise the quality and safety documentation system, driving the definition, updating, and homogenization of healthcare procedures and protocols.
• Provide methodological support to the centers regarding quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze quality and safety indicators, preparing comparative reports, detecting opportunities for improvement, and proposing action plans.
• Managing certifications and accreditations (ISO, UNE, JCI, among others), participating in internal audits, and supporting external audits.
• Actively participating in corporate projects oriented toward process improvement and the clinical experience.
