Administrative Assistant (with German)

• You have a university degree or Bachelor's in Administration, Tourism, International Relations, Social Work, Nursing, or similar areas.
• You bring experience in customer service, administrative management, patient coordination, or similar functions, preferably in the healthcare field or with international patients.
• You speak German and English fluently (essential). We will highly value knowledge of other languages.
• You have good proficiency with IT tools.
• You enjoy interacting with people, you have communication skills, you are organized, and you know how to navigate naturally in dynamic and multicultural environments.
• You reside in the Novo Sancti Petri, Chiclana de la Frontera, or surrounding areas, or you have availability to commute daily to the hospital (essential).

At our Hospital Viamed Novo Sancti Petri we are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant with German, who wants to be part of a professional, dynamic environment oriented towards excellence in care, especially with international patients.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our patients, accompanying them through their administrative process and ensuring agile, close, and high-quality care. Your work will contribute to ensuring every patient has a positive and coordinated experience from the very first moment.

📍 Location: Hospital Viamed Novo Sancti Petri (Cádiz)

📄 Contract type: Temporary (initial 6 months), with the possibility of permanent employment.

🕒 Working day: Full-time.
