What we're looking for

You will be part of Hospital Viamed Fuensanta (Madrid), holding a key role in the evolution of our quality, safety, and process improvement standards, contributing directly to care that is increasingly safe, efficient, and person-centered.
Lead and drive the Quality and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and healthcare best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting centers in the implementation of initiatives oriented toward excellence.
Your contribution will be fundamental to continue strengthening the processes, indicators, and certifications that guarantee safe and high-quality healthcare.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise the quality and safety documentation system, driving the definition, updating, and homogenization of healthcare procedures and protocols.
- Provide methodological support to the centers regarding quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze quality and safety indicators, preparing comparative reports, detecting opportunities for improvement, and proposing action plans.
- Managing certifications and accreditations (ISO, UNE, JCI, among others), participating in internal audits, and supporting external audits.
- Actively participating in corporate projects oriented toward process improvement and the clinical experience.
