The role
Abour the role
We are looking for a Fill & Finish Technician to join our Manufacturing team and support the production of gene therapy products. In this role, you will perform critical Fill & Finish operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, product quality, and production timelines. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing directly to the delivery of innovative therapies to patients.
This is a temporary position.
Key tasks
What you'll do
- Execute Fill & Finish manufacturing activities following GMP requirements and approved procedures.
- Complete, review, and maintain production documentation accurately.
- Perform environmental monitoring activities within the manufacturing area.
- Manage material requirements to support production processes.
- Identify potential risks affecting product quality, safety, or operations and contribute to solutions.
- Support production objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful manufacturing operations.
- Promote compliance with Health & Safety standards and company policies.
