The role

What you'll do

Coordination and supervision of the team of CARETAKERS/ASSISTANTS in their charge.
Staff supervision: organizing rosters and work shifts, ensuring that workers comply with their functions and established protocols, detecting training or improvement needs, motivating the team, and fostering a good working environment.
Attention to residents and ensuring they receive adequate care.
Communication with families and problem resolution.
Compliance with regulations and ensuring quality care.

How you'll work

Rotating MORNING and AFTERNOON shifts, and some days from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday.
