About the program

As a DESIGN SOLUTIONS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST II, you will participate in design projects from the beginning, working alongside senior profiles and multidisciplinary teams. You will be able to explore different areas of design—user experience, service design, research, content, prototyping, or design systems—and understand how solutions are designed within a large organization.

What we're looking for

We are looking for recent graduates with training in design and motivation to learn:

To participate in the process, you must meet these requirements:

  • Hold a University Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or similar. In the event of having completed a University Degree in another field, provide a Master's or specialized training in Design.

  • The degree must be official or recognized in Spain.

  • Have completed your training in Design—Degree or Master's—between January 2024 and October 2026.

  • Not having previously worked under a training contract for obtaining professional practice, contract model 420, in another company with the same degree.

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (Minimum Spanish level: C1. Minimum English level: B2).

  • Have the ability to work in a team and conceptualize complex ideas.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • A training contract for obtaining professional practice appropriate to your level of study, for 11 months and on a full-time basis. This is not a scholarship with a university agreement, but a labor contract with training objectives.

  • Start date: January 15, 2027. End date: December 14, 2027.

  • Work from the BBVA City offices in Madrid.

  • Semi-presential modality, with a hybrid teleworking format: at least 60% in-person and 40% remote per quarter, according to the requirements established by the entity at any given time.
