What you'll do
Perform general maintenance and small repairs in the premises.

Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC work.
Execute cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
Detect and communicate breakdowns or repair needs.
Supervise and coordinate the intervention of external providers when necessary.
Be the “eyes of the premises,” ensuring the good condition and functioning of the facilities.
