Social First Project Manager

At We Are Social Madrid we are looking for a Project Manager with a Social-First mindset.

We are looking for someone with a strong focus on delivery, with structure, planning skills, and time management, but also with a great eye for creativity. Someone who always strives for excellence without losing the good vibes and the right attitude. If you come from a background as a senior account executive, creative producer, or project manager in creative or social media agencies, we want to meet you!

• You will be responsible for managing client needs, working across always-on clients and content calendars, activations, launches, and campaign execution for both on/off and organic/paid channels.
• You will be in charge of communicating and tracking daily timelines, team resources, and client expectations. Your mission is to ensure work is delivered according to the client's and the agency's standards.
• You will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, negotiating, and hiring suppliers. This includes managing productions and shoots alongside the creative team.
• You will take on key administrative and financial tasks, such as budget development and invoicing.
• Far from being just a manager, you will contribute to the creative process with new ideas, best practices, and competitor analysis. You will need to anticipate problems, spot opportunities, and propose solutions.

• At least 4 years of experience managing social content plans, influencers, and reporting, preferably in digital/social agency environments.
• We are looking for someone with their finger on the pulse of social media, who uses social platforms to stay on top of trends and provides constant creative input to the team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Planning, organization, and patience should be your greatest allies.
• You are detail-oriented, rigorous, and meticulous, but also able to understand and adapt to the flexible (and sometimes chaotic) nature of the social media world.
• You have a close understanding of the industry, post-production, and shoots. We are looking for someone capable of coordinating and overseeing the essential aspects of production, with an eye for elevating the final creative product.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to interact with many people, both inside and outside the agency.
• Fluent English.

Buscamos una persona con un foco absoluto en el delivery, con estructura, planificación y capacidad de gestión del tiempo, pero con muy buen ojo para la creatividad. Alguien a quien le guste buscar siempre la excelencia sin perder el buen rollo y la actitud. Si vienes de ser ejecutivo/a de cuentas senior, creative producer o project manager en agencias creativas o de social media, ¡te estamos buscando!

• Serás la persona responsable de gestionar las necesidades del cliente, pivotando sobre clientes de always on y calendarios de contenidos, activaciones, lanzamientos y ejecución de campañas tanto on/off como organic/paid.
• Deberás comunicar y dar seguimiento diario a timings, equipo, recursos y expectativas del cliente. Tu misión es asegurar que el trabajo se entrega conforme a los estándares del cliente y de la agencia.
• Te encargarás de buscar, seleccionar, negociar y contratar proveedores. Esto incluye gestionar producciones y rodajes de la mano del equipo creativo.
• Asumirás tareas administrativas y financieras fundamentales, como la elaboración de presupuestos y la facturación.
• Lejos de ser un/a gestor/a, deberás contribuir al proceso creativo con nuevas ideas, buenas prácticas y analizando la experiencia de competidores. Tendrás que anticipar problemas, detectar oportunidades y proponer soluciones.

• Al menos 4 años gestionando planes de contenidos para social, reporting e influencers, preferiblemente en entornos de agencia digital/social.
• Buscamos a alguien con el pulso de Social Media, que utilice las redes para estar al tanto de tendencias  y aporte input creativo constante al equipo.
• Capacidad demostrada para gestionar varios proyectos simultáneamente. La planificación, la organización del tiempo y la paciencia deberán ser tus grandes aliados.
• Eres una persona detallista, rigurosa y  meticulosa, pero capaz de comprender y adaptarse a lo flexible (y a veces caótico) que es el mundo de las redes sociales.
• Conoces de cerca el sector, el mundo de la postproducción y los rodajes. Buscamos una persona capaz de coordinar y supervisar los aspectos básicos de una producción con el ojo puesto en elevar el producto creativo final. 
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y espíritu colaborador para interactuar con muchas personas, tanto dentro como fuera de la agencia.
• Nivel de inglés fluido.
