In this context, we are looking to incorporate a Global Gaming Sales Lead – Spain, a strategic position that will lead the commercial development of the Gaming business in Spain and represent the Spanish market within the international Global Gaming team.

We are looking for a senior professional with a solid commercial track record within the gaming ecosystem and extensive experience in influencer marketing, business development, and strategic relationship management. The selected person will be responsible for driving the growth of the Gaming business in Spain, developing lasting relationships with the leading publishers, brands, agencies, and partners in the sector. They will play a particularly relevant role in developing the influencer marketing line of business, working closely with VIZZ and some of the most relevant gaming content creators in the market.

What you'll do

What are the main responsibilities?

  • Lead the commercial development of the Gaming business in Spain, defining priorities and contributing to the sustainable growth of the business line.

  • Drive and develop the influencer marketing revenue line in Spain, working in close collaboration with VIZZ to identify the most suitable creators, formats, and commercial opportunities for each client.

  • Design and develop innovative proposals with some of the most relevant gaming content creators in the market, leveraging Webedia's capabilities in creativity, content, and production.

  • Create integrated commercial solutions combining Webedia's different capabilities: media, influencer marketing, branded content, production, events, activations, and experiences.

  • Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with publishers, developers, platforms, brands, agencies, and other relevant players in the Spanish gaming ecosystem.

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities with the goal of expanding and diversifying the client portfolio.

  • Lead and develop an initial team of Sales Managers and Account Managers, supporting their growth and contributing to the evolution of the commercial structure as the business scales.

  • Work with the international Global Gaming team to identify, develop, and execute global opportunities in the Spanish market.

  • Act as the main representative of the Spanish market within the international Global Gaming organization.

  • Collaborate transversally with internal sales, talent, creativity, production, content, operations, and delivery teams located in France, Mexico, Germany, Poland, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates to ensure the correct execution of campaigns.

  • Ensure that projects and campaigns are implemented with the highest quality standards, meeting client and partner objectives and expectations.

  • Participate in the preparation, presentation, and defense of commercial proposals to clients, agencies, and strategic partners.

  • Monitor the commercial pipeline, opportunities, client activity, and results using tools such as Salesforce, Looker, or other reporting platforms.

  • Analyze market evolution, video game launch cycles, industry milestones, and ecosystem trends to identify new business opportunities.

What are the requirements?

  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, Business, or related fields. Additional training in sales, business development, digital marketing, or team leadership will be valued.

  • More than 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within the gaming sector.

  • Solid experience in influencer marketing and in the commercialization of campaigns, activations, and solutions based on talent and content creators.

  • Experience developing commercial relationships with publishers, developers, platforms, brands, agencies, or other relevant players in the gaming ecosystem.

  • Experience in managing and developing commercial teams or potential and interest in assuming leadership responsibilities.

  • Experience working in international environments and coordinating with teams and stakeholders from different countries.

  • In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, its main players, business models, video game life cycles, launches, commercial milestones, and relevant events.

  • Consolidated network of contacts within the Spanish gaming market and the ability to activate strategic relationships and generate new business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, both with clients and partners and with internal teams.

  • Ability to develop strategic, creative, and integrated commercial proposals, adapted to market evolution, client needs, and new ecosystem trends.

  • Profile with a business vision, results orientation, and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

  • Experience using CRM tools, opportunity management, and commercial reporting. Knowledge of Salesforce and Looker will be valued.
