Vacancy: Snubbers and Supports Technician

At Westinghouse Field Services, we are looking to hire a Snubbers and Supports Technician to join the Snubbers and Supports (SyA) Area within the Reactor Services organization.

Traditionally, our team provides support to Spanish nuclear power plants in snubber, support, and spring testing activities, both in conventional areas and radiological areas, working under the highest quality and safety standards.

The selected person will be qualified as a Snubbers and Supports Technician, actively participating in the execution of tests and technical activities within the snubbers department, belonging to Westinghouse Field Services Testing Services.

What you'll do

Execution of technical testing activities:
- Functional testing of springs
- Functional testing of snubbers
- Visual inspection of springs and snubbers
Maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical snubbers
Preparation and setup of testing equipment and systems
Calibration and maintenance of instruments
Preparation of procedures, technical reports, and Quality dossiers
Coordinated work with multidisciplinary teams in industrial and nuclear environments
