FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development of supervision systems (SCADA) for new projects.
• Implementation of improvements for existing facilities.
• Development of basic and detailed engineering at the instrumentation level.
• PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
• Interpretation of mechanical P&ID diagrams for processes.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
• Coordination of work with suppliers and clients.
• Commissioning work.
• Providing information for technical project management and support for technical-economic estimation for project feasibility.
• Technical visits and support for Construction, Commissioning, and especially optimization during Operation.
• Responsible for the quality of assigned projects.
• Record and keep updated the related and generated documentation.

• Education: Minimum Vocational Training in Automation; a Degree in Electronic, Industrial, or Automation Engineering or equivalent education will be valued.
• Required knowledge: PLC and SCADA programming, including communications (preferably Ignition
• Experience: At least 5 years in the responsibilities of the position.
• Languages: English minimum B2 desirable.
• Software: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. CAD/CAE systems, basic CAD 3D knowledge, and specific software for developing electrical schematics and documentation.
• Travel: approximately 30% national travel.

FUNCIONES, TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES

• Desarrollo de los sistemas de supervisión (SCADA) para nuevos proyectos.
• Implementación de mejoras para las instalaciones actuales.
• Desarrollo de ingeniería básica y de detalle a nivel de instrumentación.
• Programación de PLCs, HMIs y SCADAs.
• Interpretación de diagramas mecánicos P&ID de proceso
• Interpretación de esquemas eléctricos.
• Coordinación de trabajos con proveedores y clientes.
• Trabajos de puesta en marcha
• Proporcionar información para la gestión técnica de proyectos y soporte a la estimación técnico-económica para la viabilidad de los proyectos.
• Visitas técnicas y soporte a la Construcción, Puesta en Marcha y especialmente optimización durante la Operación
• Responsable de la calidad de los proyectos asignados
• Registrar y mantener actualizada la documentación relacionada y generada.

• Formación: Mínimo FP Automatización, se valorará Grado en Ingeniería Eletrónica, Automática, Industrial o formación equivalente.
• Conocimientos requeridos: Programación de PLCs y SCADAs incluyendo comunicaciones (preferiblemente Ignition SCADA), ), PLCs de SIEMENS (TIA PORTAL) y PEM de equipos e instumentación. Instrumentación y Control, elaboración de documentación técnica, definición e interpretación de planos, diagramas y esquemas. Certificado oficial "CORE CERTIFIED (Ignition)", programación en IQVISION y TREND (HONEYWELL), programación Estándar CODEYS.
• Experiencia: Al menos 5 años en las responsabilidades del puesto.
• Idiomas: deseable inglés mínimo B2.
• Software: Manejo del paquete Microsoft Office. Sistemas CAD/CAE, conocimientos básicos de CAD 3D y específico para desarrollo de esquemas y documentación eléctrica
• Viajes: nacional aprox 30%.
• Cualidades para trabajar en equipo, pero con una alta autonomía.
