What we're looking for

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (Master ICCP).

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing control and supervision contracts for road works.

  • Experience in technical, financial, and contract planning management.

  • Knowledge of CDE tools in general.

  • Experience working with Autodesk Forma.

  • High level of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2).

  • Leadership capacity, team coordination, and client communication skills.

The role

We are currently expanding our Earth & Environment team and are looking to hire a Road Technical Assistance Manager in Seville to help us face the challenges of the future.

In this position, you will participate in projects that require technical excellence, collaboration, and a future-oriented vision, with the opportunity to learn, add value, coordinate initiatives, lead teams, or influence decisions that make a real difference.

You will be part of highly relevant road projects, contributing to the development of more efficient, safe, and sustainable infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Manage contracts for the Control and Supervision of road works.

  • Act as Contract Delegate, preparing and supervising the required documentation.

  • Perform financial management and contract planning, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, deadlines, and resources.

  • Coordinate and supervise the technical assistance teams associated with the project.

  • Guarantee the correct technical and contractual development of the works.

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, site management, and other involved parties.
