And you might be wondering: Celia, what will my day-to-day look like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you're asking this question (I asked it myself back in the day):

We are looking for a Motorola Specialist to join the Claims & Market Experience team in a key role to ensure efficient and proper assignment of claims within the claims processing center.

You will be responsible for performing the initial review of incoming claims, analyzing their type, and ensuring their correct distribution among the different claims processing groups. Additionally, you will play a key role in the operational coordination of the center, contributing to efficient management and an excellent experience for our customers.

Claims management and classification

• You will review the type of incoming claims to determine their correct assignment.
• You will manage the generic claims processing groups, ensuring an efficient distribution of the workload.
• You will ensure the proper routing of files to the corresponding specialized teams.
• You will help maintain quality and agility in claims management processes.

Operational coordination of the center

• You will distribute tasks among the different claims processors in the center.
• You will monitor operational needs to promote balanced and efficient management.
• You will collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with service and quality standards.

Mailbox control and monitoring

• You will review the Z-Claims folders and mailboxes.
• You will detect issues or management needs to ensure an appropriate and timely response.
• You will ensure proper organization and tracking of the information received.

Estamos buscando un/a Tramitador/a Especialista Motor, para incorporarte al equipo de Claims & Market Experience en un rol clave para garantizar una asignación eficiente y adecuada de los siniestros dentro del centro de tramitación.

Serás la persona responsable de realizar la revisión inicial de los siniestros recibidos, analizar su tipología y asegurar su correcta distribución entre los diferentes grupos tramitadores. Además, tendrás un papel fundamental en la coordinación operativa del centro, contribuyendo a una gestión eficiente y a una excelente experiencia para nuestros clientes.

Gestión y clasificación de siniestros

• Revisarás la tipología de los siniestros recibidos para determinar su correcta asignación.
• Gestionarás los grupos tramitadores genéricos asegurando una distribución eficiente de la carga de trabajo.
• Velarás por la correcta canalización de los expedientes hacia los equipos especializados correspondientes.
• Contribuirás a mantener la calidad y agilidad en los procesos de gestión de siniestros.

Coordinación operativa del centro

• Realizarás el reparto de tareas entre los diferentes tramitadores del centro.
• Harás seguimiento de las necesidades operativas para favorecer una gestión equilibrada y eficiente.
• Colaborarás con el equipo para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio y calidad.

Control y seguimiento de buzones

• Revisarás las carpetas y buzones de Z-Claims.
• Detectarás incidencias o necesidades de gestión para asegurar una respuesta adecuada y en plazo.
• Garantizarás una correcta organización y seguimiento de la información recibida.
