Claims Handler – Direct Warranty – Temporary

Hello!

I'm Celia, recruiter for this position. I love musical theatre, karaoke, and starting TV series, even though I sometimes struggle to finish them. You might think I'm a scattered person, but nothing could be further from the truth! Delighted to meet you!

And you might ask: Celia, what will my day-to-day be like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you ask this question (I asked it myself back in the day):

We are looking for a claims handler to join the Direct Warranty team on a temporary basis. Your goal is to process claims for Own Damage, Theft, Fire, and Glass, acting as the claims owner for those claims. 

• You will be part of the team that manages claims processing, maintaining daily communication with agents, policyholders, and partners to ensure effective and coordinated service.
• You will ensure that the direct warranties contracted in the policy are processed correctly, as well as applying the established liability criteria.
• You will register, coordinate, and manage files, including communication with the expert network, negotiation of settlements with agents and policyholders, and monitoring payments and interactions with suppliers.
• You will use tools such as Info and NET for daily operational management, ensuring traceability and efficiency of processes.
• You will learn and apply the Center's manuals, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.

Buscamos un/a tramitador para integrarse en el equipo de Garantía Directa de forma temporal. Tu objetivo es la tramitación de siniestros de Daños Propios, Robo, Incendio y Lunas, siendo el claimsowner de los siniestros. 

• Formarás parte del equipo que gestiona la tramitación de siniestros, manteniendo una comunicación diaria con agentes, asegurados y partners para asegurar una atención eficaz y coordinada.
• Te asegurarás de tramitar correctamente las garantías directas contratadas en póliza, así como de aplicar los criterios de responsabilidad establecidos.
• Registrarás, coordinarás y gestionarás expedientes, incluyendo la comunicación con la red pericial, la negociación de indemnizaciones con agentes y asegurados, y el seguimiento de pagos e interacciones con proveedores.
• Utilizarás herramientas como Info y NET para la gestión operativa diaria, asegurando la trazabilidad y eficiencia de los procesos.
• Aprenderás y aplicarás los manuales del Centro, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y contribuyendo a la mejora continua del servicio.
