Providing personalized service to guests and giving them all the necessary information about the spa services, treatments and activities.

Booking and organizing appointments and inquiries received by phone and email.

Promoting communication with all departments regarding any matters that may affect guests and hotel operations in any way.

Ensuring that the energy and material saving policy is followed and that generated waste is recycled.

The usual responsibilities of the position are: welcoming guests and explaining the facilities and available services. Assisting in responding to phone calls and messages. Ensuring guests are guided to the appropriate areas and services. Managing spa service bookings. Assisting with administrative tasks. Maintaining daily spa operations, including opening, operational and closing procedures.

Schedule reservations of Spa services for guests. Assist with administration duties. Maintain daily operations, including opening, operating, and closing procedures.

The person we are looking for must have the following qualities:

Open-minded, EU Citizenship, and studies suitable for the position.

Strong commercial orientation, focused on service, customer care and achieving results.

A high level of Spanish and English is essential (another language will be considered a plus).

Knowledge and experience in first-class hotels, spas or similar establishments.

Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Being dynamic, innovative and up to date with the latest treatment trends.

Requirements

The person we are looking for must have the following qualities:

Open-minded, EU Citizenship & Studies suitable for the position is a must.

Focused on sales, service and highly oriented towards the customer and results.

A high level of Spanish and English is required (another language will be considered a plus).

Knowledge and experience of almost 2 years in 5-star hotels, spas or similar establishments.

Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Be dynamic, innovative and up to date with the latest treatment trends.

Ofrece un servicio personalizado a los clientes y les proporciona toda la información necesaria acerca de los servicios, tratamientos y actividades.

Reserva y organiza las citas y consultas recibidas por vía telefónica y email.

Se promueve la comunicación con todos los departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a los huéspedes y a la operativa del hotel.

Garantiza que se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto son: recibir a los clientes y explicarles las instalaciones y servicios disponibles. Asistir en la respuesta de las comunicaciones telefónicas y mensajes de los clientes. Asegurarse que los clientes son guiados a las zonas y servicios apropiados. Gestionar las reservas de los servicios del spa Asistir en las tareas administrativas. Mantener las operaciones diarias del Spa incluyendo los procedimientos de apertura, operativa y de cierre.

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.

Alta orientación comercial, al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.

Imprescindible hablar español e inglés alto (otro idioma se considerará un plus).

Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles, spa o similares de primera categoría.

Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.

Ser dinámico, innovador y estar al día en las últimas tendencias en tratamientos.
