Job Mission:
You will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team with preparation, cleaning, and organization tasks, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and in line with the hotel's quality and luxury standards.

What you'll do

- Assist in preparing ingredients (washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning food) for culinary preparations.
- Perform basic kitchen tasks, following the instructions of the cook and the chef in charge.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in workstations and kitchen utensils. - Assist in receiving and storing goods, ensuring proper rotation and preservation of products.
- Comply with established food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Support daily mise en place, ensuring everything is ready for service.

What are we looking for?
