The work of the Maintenance Technician is performed satisfactorily when:

Maintenance and repair tasks are carried out correctly and on time, taking into account their importance or urgency.

Work materials and tools are taken care of, and the workshop is well organized.

Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled.

Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on matters that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of guests.

The usual responsibilities of the position are: Repair and maintenance of the hotel's electrical systems, plumbing, etc. Attention and repair of the hotel suites according to the needs of guests and employees. Exterior landscape maintenance.

The Maintenance Technician's work is performed satisfactorily when:

At least one year of experience in hotel maintenance.

Knowledge related to the maintenance of 5-star/luxury hotels.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

El trabajo de Técnico/a de Mantenimiento se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

Se realizan correctamente y en tiempo, las labores de mantenimiento y reparaciones teniendo en cuenta la importancia o urgencia de las mismas.

Se cuida el material y las herramientas de trabajo, el taller está bien organizado.

Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.

Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto son: Reparación y mantenimiento de los sistemas eléctricos, fontanería etc. del hotel. Atención y reparación de las suites del hotel según necesidades de los huéspedes y empleados. Mantenimiento paisaje exterior.

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.

Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.

Al menos un año de experiencia en mantenimiento de hoteles.

Conocimientos relacionados con el mantenimiento de hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.

Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónima y en equipo.
