The job of Housekeeping Maid (part-time afternoon shift from 18.00h to 22.00h) is successfully executed when:

• Guest rooms and their facilities, such as bathrooms, living rooms, and common areas, are cleaned according to the standards and rules of the supervisors.
• Guests' privacy and belongings are respected during room cleaning.
• The energy and material saving policy is followed, and the waste generated is recycled.
• Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on matters that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of guests.

The usual job responsibilities are: cleaning rooms, room service and replenishing room amenities. Reporting breakdowns and following up on repairs and faults observed in guest rooms as well as in common or staff areas. Collecting and logging items forgotten or lost by guests. Keeping storage rooms and carts organized and clean, and carrying out the necessary restocking for the next cleaning shift. Transporting cleaning supplies to rooms using the hotel bicycles.

The job of Housekeeping Maid (part-time afternoon shift from 18.00h until 22.00h) is successfully executed when:

• An open mindset, studies related to the position, and European citizenship.
• Speak Spanish or English. Any other language is considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in 5-star/luxury hotels.
• The ability to work both in a team and autonomously.

Typical job responsibilities include: room cleaning, turndown service and amenities replacement. Reporting breakdowns and following up on repairs and breakdowns observed in guest rooms, common areas and staff areas. Collect and record forgotten or lost items of guests staying in the hotel. Keep the storerooms and trolleys tidy, clean and make the necessary replacements for the next cleaning shift. Transport cleaning products to the rooms using the hotel bicycles.
