Talent Acquisition Internship

• You will manage and follow up on the Scholarship Program, participating in the selection process and serving as the point of contact for all company scholarship recipients and their tutors.
• You will collaborate on the creation, modification, and management of Employer Branding materials.
• You will organize Round Tables among the scholarship recipients from the different departments.
• You will coordinate the Onboarding of new scholarship recipients.
• You will review and manage agreements with schools and universities.
• You will manage enrollments and withdrawals in the Social Security system for scholarship recipients.
• Outreach and contact with potential candidates via LinkedIn.
• You will participate in the HR tactical plan.
• You will provide support in the Selection tool (SR).
• You will collaborate on the different Talent Acquisition projects, as well as other areas of the HR department.

• Master's or Postgraduate students who have previously completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or another degree related to the scholarship.
• English level C1.
• Proficiency in Office tools.

• Coordinarás el Onboarding de los nuevos becarios.
• Revisarás y gestionarás los convenios con escuelas y universidades.
• Gestionarás altas y bajas en la Seguridad Social de los becarios
• Captación y contacto de posibles candidatos por Linkedin.
• Participaciparás en el plan táctico de RRHH.
• Darás apoyo en la herramienta de Selección (SR).
• Colaborarás en los diferentes proyectos de Talent Acquisition, así como otras áreas del departamento de RRHH

• Estudiantes de Máster o Postgrado que previamente hayan cursado Grado en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales u otra titulación relacionada con la beca.
• Nivel inglés C1.
• Manejo de las herramientas Office.
