About the role

As an Ophthalmology Sales Specialist, in the Retina area, for the indications of Diabetic Macular Edema, Retinal Vein Occlusion, and Uveitis.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Improve patients' quality of life and ethically consolidate pharmaceutical products with profitability, leadership, and productivity.
  • Establish Action Plans to maximize productivity and territorial potential: territorial situation analysis, territorial assessment, market share and growth versus competitors, KPIs, competitor actions.
  • Define and implement the actions and/or investments needed to achieve the objectives.
  •  Evaluate and monitor the impact on results in the area.
  • Achieve and maintain an optimal level of knowledge of products, competitors, pathologies, and the sales process.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in commercial hospital sales positions.
  • Previous experience in Ophthalmology is ideally required.
  • High level of English.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Residence in Valladolid or Salamanca.
  • Work area: Castilla y León.
