As an Ophthalmology Sales Specialist, in the Retina area, for the indications of Diabetic Macular Edema, Retinal Vein Occlusion, and Uveitis.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Improve patients' quality of life and ethically consolidate pharmaceutical products with profitability, leadership, and productivity.
- Establish Action Plans to maximize productivity and territorial potential: territorial situation analysis, territorial assessment, market share and growth versus competitors, KPIs, competitor actions.
- Define and implement necessary actions and/or investments to achieve objectives.
- Evaluate and monitor the impact on zone results.
- Achieve and maintain an optimal level of knowledge of products, competitors, pathologies, and the sales process.
- Sustain and enhance the company's image as a leader in healthcare.
- Conduct hospital visits promoting the products under your responsibility.
- Build customer loyalty and identify potential customers, as well as current and future opinion leaders.
- Implement and monitor sales-oriented activities.
- Implement commercial strategies to ensure the achievement of sales objectives for the brands under your responsibility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in hospital sales positions.
- Prior experience ideally in Ophthalmology.

- Availability to travel.
- Residence in Valladolid or Salamanca.
- Work area: Castilla y León.

Como Delegado Especialista de Oftalmología, en el área Retina, para las indicaciones de Edema Macular diabético, oclusión de vena de la Retina y Uveítis.
Tus principales funciones serán las siguientes:
- Mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes y consolidar éticamente productos farmacéuticos con rentabilidad, liderazgo y productividad.
- Establecer Planes de Acción para maximizar la productividad y potencial territorial: análisis de la situación territorial, evaluación territorial, participación y crecimientos versus competidores, KPI’s, acciones de los competidores.
- Definir e implementar acciones y/o inversiones necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos.

Qualifications
- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud.
- Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en posiciones comerciales de venta hospitalaria.
- Experiencia previa idealmente en Oftalmología
- Nivel alto de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Residencia en Valladolid o Salamanca
- Área de trabajo: Castilla y León
