The initial full-time compensation for this position is €20,132.04 per year (i.e., the full-time hiring salary range for this position is €20,132.04 - €20,132.04 per year). The initial compensation and range may be modified in the future. For clarification purposes, our current full-time equivalent workday is 40 hours per week.

Our Brand Representatives bring the in-store experience to life: they interact closely with customers, represent our brand authentically, and help create a welcoming environment for everyone. This position is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping the store tidy and well-presented.

Customer Experience: Offering warm, friendly, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipating their needs, initiating interactions in a natural and comfortable way, and providing product support and personalized style advice.

Sales Floor Maintenance: Contribute to product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales environment. This includes folding, hanging, organizing by size, and ensuring presentation standards are met.

Cashier Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, guaranteeing a friendly and positive checkout experience.

Online Orders: Create a seamless omnichannel experience by supporting "Save the Sale" orders, managing in-store pickups, and preparing orders shipped from the store.
