Brand Representative (Sales Assistant) - Hollister

Our Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life: they interact with customers in a warm and friendly way, authentically represent our brand, and help create a welcoming environment for everyone. This role is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping the store organized and well-presented.

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate their needs, initiate interactions naturally and comfortably, and offer product support and personalized style advice.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Contribute to product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales environment. This includes folding, hanging, and organizing merchandise, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Cash Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive and friendly checkout experience.
• Online Orders: Support a seamless omnichannel experience by assisting with "Save the Sale" orders, managing in-store pickup, and preparing shipments from the store.

The starting full-time pay for this position is€19,829.00per year (i.e., the full-time hiring salary range for this position is€19,829.00 - €19,829.00per year). The starting pay and range may be modified in the future. For clarification, our current full-time equivalent workweek is 40 hours per week.
