Efficiency and Automation with AI (English + Spanish)

The selected candidate will participate in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with different teams to optimize technological infrastructures, improve processes, and contribute to key decision-making within the organization. The position is based in Seville under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.

• Manage IT infrastructure operations, including environment administration, monitoring, and incident resolution using tools such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, or similar.
• Automate operational processes using scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) or automation and orchestration tools.
• Implement improvements in the provision and management of IT services, working with Data Center Orchestration platforms such as VMware, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure SLA compliance and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the technological infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
• Design and implement automation solutions aimed at the continuous improvement of IT operations.
• Supervise the proper functioning of systems using monitoring and alerting tools.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of improvements in the infrastructure and services architecture.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and experience level agreements (XLAs).
• Identify optimization opportunities through the use of artificial intelligence applied to operations (AIOps).

Essential requirements:

• Between 4.5 and 7 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT process automation using scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) or similar tools.
• Experience in infrastructure operations, including server, network, or systems management for at least 3 years.
• English level B2.
• Education: University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent technical discipline. Candidates without a degree but with an equivalent minimum number of years of experience in the field are also accepted.

Valuable requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with orchestration and provisioning tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or VMware.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure design.
• At least 1 year of experience in network configuration.
• At least 1 year of experience with monitoring systems (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Nagios, or similar).
• At least 1 year of experience in cloud services integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Gestionar operaciones de infraestructura IT, incluyendo administración de entornos, monitorización y resolución de incidencias usando herramientas como ServiceNow, Dynatrace o similares.
• Automatizar procesos operativos mediante scripting (Python, PowerShell o Bash) o herramientas de automatización y orquestación.
• Implementar mejoras en la provisión y gestión de servicios IT, trabajando con plataformas de Data Center Orchestration como VMware, Ansible o Terraform.
• Coordinar con equipos multidisciplinares para asegurar el cumplimiento de SLAs y optimizar la eficiencia operativa.

• Operar y mantener la infraestructura tecnológica asegurando disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad.
• Diseñar e implementar soluciones de automatización orientadas a la mejora continua de operaciones IT.
• Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de sistemas mediante herramientas de monitorización y alertado.
• Participar en la definición e implementación de mejoras en la arquitectura de infraestructura y servicios.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) y experiencia (XLA).
• Identificar oportunidades de optimización mediante el uso de inteligencia artificial aplicada a operaciones (AIOps).

Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Entre 4,5 y 7 años de experiencia profesional en operaciones de infraestructura IT.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en automatización de procesos IT mediante scripting (Python, PowerShell o Bash) o herramientas similares.
• Experiencia en operaciones de infraestructura incluyendo gestión de servidores, redes o sistemas durante al menos 3 años.
• Nivel de inglés B2.
• Titulación: Grado universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o disciplina técnica equivalente. Se aceptan perfiles sin titulación con un mínimo de años de experiencia equivalente en el ámbito.

Requisitos valorables:

• Experiencia de al menos 2 años en herramientas de orquestación y aprovisionamiento como Ansible, Terraform o VMware.
• Experiencia de al menos 2 años en diseño de infraestructura IT.
• Experiencia de al menos 1 año en configuración de redes.
• Experiencia de al menos 1 año en sistemas de monitorización (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Nagios o similares).
• Experiencia de al menos 1 año en integración de servicios cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).
