HV Power Line Project Manager (Zaragoza, Balearic Islands, Madrid)

- Technical lead on HV/MV overhead and underground power line projects
- Technical support to clients regarding the design and calculation of HV/MV power lines.
- Technical support to clients regarding the procedures required for the authorization, construction, and commissioning of HV/MV power lines.
- Preliminary design and routing of HV/MV power lines.
- Defining electrical and structural criteria for overhead and underground lines, including calculations for conductor sizing, thermal ratings, mechanical loads, and protection.
- Preparing technical documentation: route drawings, layouts, calculation reports, environmental and civil impact studies.
- Preparing and processing grid access and connection requests for transmission and distribution networks.
- Reviewing HV/MV line engineering.
- Drafting and reviewing technical specifications and tender documents.
- Managing client communication for assigned projects.
- Coordinating a multidisciplinary team to ensure the correct execution of projects.
- Overall control of planning, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an HV Power Line Project Manager to join the T&D Substations team within the Generation and Grids Unit at BOSLAN to carry out activities such as:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum experience: At least 6 years in a similar role.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing HV power line projects.

• Knowledge of Spanish electrical regulations.

• Knowledge of grid access and connection application processes for transmission and distribution networks.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D at an advanced user level.

• Proficiency in electrical network calculation software: PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER, IMEDEXA, CYMCAD.

• Knowledge of BIM (Revit, Navisworks)

• Proficiency in Geographic Information System (GIS) software (QGIS/GvSIG)

• English: B2 level or higher.

Valuable requirements:
- Knowledge of regulations and design criteria for HV lines used by utility companies (ENDESA, IBERDROLA, REE, etc.).
- International experience on projects carried out in other EMEA countries.
- Proficiency in specific software for modeling and simulating electrical networks (DigSilent, Cape, ETAP, etc.).

- Responsable técnico en proyectos de líneas eléctricas, aéreas y subterráneas AT/MT
- Soporte técnico a cliente en relación con el diseño y cálculo de líneas eléctricas AT/MT.
- Soporte técnico a cliente en relación con los trámites necesarios para la autorización, construcción y puesta en marcha de líneas eléctricas AT/MT.
- Diseño preliminar y de trazados de líneas eléctricas AT/MT.
- Definir criterios eléctricos y estructurales para líneas aéreas y subterráneas, incluyendo cálculos de secciones, térmicos, mecánicos y de protección.
- Elaborar documentación técnica: planos de trazado, layouts, informes de cálculo, estudios de impacto ambiental y civil.
- Realización y tramitación de solicitudes de acceso y conexión a red de transporte y distribución.
- Revisión de ingeniería de líneas AT/MT.
- Redacción y revisión de pliegos y especificaciones técnicas.
- Gestión de la interlocución con los clientes en los proyectos asignados.
- Coordinación de equipo multidisciplinar para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos.
- Control integral de la planificación, hitos y entregables, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, estándares de calidad y requisitos normativos.

Buscamos un/a Responsable de proyecto de líneas eléctricas que se integrará en el equipo de trabajo de Subestaciones T&D de la Unidad de Generación y Redes de BOSLAN para la realización de actividades, tales como:

• Estudios: Ingeniería Superior/Grado especialidad eléctrica

• Experiencia mínima: Al menos 6 años en puesto similar.

• Experiencia mínima de al menos 6 años en gestión de proyectos de líneas eléctricas AT.

• Conocimiento de normativa eléctrica española.

• Conocimiento en procesos de solicitud de acceso y conexión a redes de transporte y distribución.

• Manejo de Autocad 2D nivel usuario avanzado.

• Manejo de software de cálculo de redes eléctricas: PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER, IMEDEXA, CYMCAD.

• Conocimientos de BIM (Revit, Navisworks)

• Manejo de software de Sistemas de Información Geográfica (QGIS/GvSIG)

• Inglés nivel B2 o superior.

Requisitos valorables:
- Conocimientos de normativa y criterios de diseño de líneas AT de compañías eléctricas (ENDESA, IBERDROLA, REE, etc..).
- Experiencia internacional en proyectos realizados en otros países de EMEA.
- Manejo de software específico para modelado y simulación de redes eléctricas (DigSilent, Cape, ETAP, etc.).
