with advanced experience in data migration in SAP S/4HANA environments, who wants to participate in highly complex digital transformation programs. You will play a key role interacting with business and clients, leading migration processes in implementation and large-scale roll-out projects. The position is based in Spain under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others from the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

Functions:

• Design and execution of data migration strategies in SAP S/4HANA projects using tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, or external ETL tools.
• Analysis, cleansing, and transformation of legacy data, ensuring its quality and consistency before loading into SAP.
• Definition of transformation rules and functional mappings in collaboration with the business.
• Execution of migration cycles (mock loads, validations, cutover) and support during go-live.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the end-to-end data migration process in SAP implementation and roll-out projects.
• Acting as the point of contact for business and clients to define data requirements and validate results.
• Coordinating migration activities with functional, technical, and integration teams.
• Ensuring the quality, integrity, and traceability of migrated data through controls and validations.

Qualifications: Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data migration projects.
• Experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation or roll-out projects involving data migration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, or ETL solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in defining data validations, reconciliation, and quality control.
• Minimum English level of B2 in professional conversation.
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields. Alternatively, a minimum of 4 additional years of experience in SAP migration as an equivalent.

Valuable requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with integration tools or advanced ETL tools (SAP Data Services, Informatica, Talend).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in international projects or multi-country roll-outs.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience in team coordination or leading migration streams for at least 1 year.
• SAP certifications related to S/4HANA or Data Migration.

Funciones:

• Diseño y ejecución de estrategias de migración de datos en proyectos SAP S/4HANA utilizando herramientas como SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM o ETL externas.
• Análisis, limpieza y transformación de datos legacy asegurando su calidad y consistencia antes de la carga en SAP.
• Definición de reglas de transformación y mapeos funcionales en colaboración con negocio.
• Ejecución de ciclos de migración (mock loads, validaciones, cutover) y soporte durante el go-live.

Responsabilidades:

• Liderar el proceso end-to-end de migración de datos en proyectos de implantación y roll out SAP.
• Actuar como punto de contacto con negocio y cliente para definir requisitos de datos y validar resultados.
• Coordinar actividades de migración con equipos funcionales, técnicos y de integración.
• Asegurar la calidad, integridad y trazabilidad de los datos migrados mediante controles y validaciones.

Cualificaciones:Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en proyectos de migración de datos en SAP.
• Experiencia en al menos 2 proyectos de implantación o roll out en SAP S/4HANA con migración de datos.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia utilizando herramientas de migración como SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM o soluciones ETL.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en definición de validaciones de datos, reconciliación y control de calidad.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 en conversación profesional.
• Grado universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, ADE o áreas afines. Alternativamente, mínimo 4 años adicionales de experiencia en migración SAP como equivalencia.

Requisitos valorables:

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en herramientas de integración o ETL avanzadas (SAP Data Services, Informatica, Talend).
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en proyectos internacionales o despliegues multi-país.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año trabajando con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experiencia en coordinación de equipos o liderazgo de streams de migración durante al menos 1 año.
• Certificaciones SAP relacionadas con S/4HANA o Data Migration.
