Senior Data & Automation Analyst with AI

You will have the opportunity to contribute actively and independently while becoming a subject matter expert. You will participate in key conversations and collaborate to deliver effective solutions to operational and technological challenges. This role focuses on advanced Data Management and Integration capabilities, driving efficiency and automation through the use of artificial intelligence. Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate IT infrastructures (cloud or hybrid), ensuring compliance with SLAs/XLAs through monitoring and automation tools.
• Design and implement data integration flows using integration technologies (ETL/ELT, REST APIs, messaging) to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities through scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar) and AI-based solutions.
• Oversee continuous service delivery and implement operational improvements based on performance and quality metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Govern IT service operations, ensuring availability, resilience, and security of the infrastructure.
• Implement continuous improvement practices based on ITIL (incident, problem, and event management).
• Design automation solutions using AI tools applied to operations (AIOps, intelligent automation).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evolve services toward more efficient and scalable models.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance.

Qualifications - Essential requirements:

• Between 3 and 4.5 years of professional experience in IT operations, data management, or automation roles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Management and Integration (ETL, APIs, or equivalent tools).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations (systems management, monitoring, support, or cloud environments).
• English and Spanish proficiency required for a professional environment.
• University degree or vocational training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Event Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Issue Management.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in structured Problem Solving in IT environments.

• Implementar prácticas de mejora continua basadas en ITIL (gestión de incidencias, problemas y eventos).
• Diseñar soluciones de automatización utilizando herramientas de IA aplicada a operaciones (AIOps, automatización inteligente).
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para evolucionar los servicios hacia modelos más eficientes y escalables.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y gobierno del dato.

CualificacionesRequisitos imprescindibles:

• Entre 3 y 4,5 años de experiencia profesional en roles de operaciones IT, data management o automatización.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Data Management e Integration (ETL, APIs o herramientas equivalentes).
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en operaciones de infraestructura IT (gestión de sistemas, monitorización, soporte o entornos cloud).
• Nivel de inglés y español requerido para entorno profesional.
• Grado universitario o FP en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas de Información o áreas afines.

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Infrastructure Event Management.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Issue Management (gestión de incidencias).
• Mínimo 1-2 años de experiencia en Problem Solving estructurado en entornos IT.
