SRE Engineer / Infrastructure as Code / Ansible

• Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration automation and deployments in large-scale RHEL and Windows Server environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Artifactory for integrations and production deployments.
• Develop scripts in Python, Bash, and PowerShell aimed at reducing repetitive manual tasks.
• Manage the CMDB and system configurations, ensuring consistency, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible in hybrid architectures and multi-server environments.
• Define and maintain versioning standards with GitFlow, ensuring change control and code quality.
• Participate in managing containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes at a basic to intermediate level.
• Administer and automate services in Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, WSUS, and PowerShell DSC.
• Document technical solutions and ensure knowledge transfer across corporate wikis.
• Measure and execute automation initiatives aimed at reducing repetitive operational tasks.

Essential requirements:

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit. Functions:

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in DevOps, SRE, or automation roles in production environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Ansible in managing multi-server Linux environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Git using the GitFlow workflow.
• Red Hat Ansible Automation EX407 certification - Certified Specialist.
• RHCSA certification - Red Hat Certified System Administrator.
• MCSA Windows Server certification.
• ITIL Foundation v4 certification.
• Minimum accredited English level of B2.

Valuable requirements:

• CKA certification - Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification.
• GitLab Certified Associate certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in regulated environments or public administration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience documenting in wikis or corporate knowledge bases.
