In the ACCIONA Scholarship Program, you will be part of teams that involve you in projects from day one, guided by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day-to-day of a global company.

ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, needs to hire a planning intern at its Madrid offices.

What you'll do

Functions:

• Assistance in Preparing Project Plans: Help create work schedules using project management software (such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6).


• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather relevant information on project progress, including field reports and status updates.

Analyze data to identify potential delays or scheduling issues.


• Project Progress Monitoring: Monitor monthly activities to ensure established plans are being followed.


• Documentation and Reports: Prepare regular reports on project status for management and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate and organized records of all project-related documents and communications.


• Communication and Coordination: Attend planning and follow-up meetings, taking notes and helping coordinate required actions.


• Use of Management Software and Tools: Learn and use project management software and other technological tools to support planning and scheduling functions. Assist in the digitalization and automation of planning and monitoring processes.


• Support in Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve planning and scheduling processes. Participate in continuous improvement projects and the implementation of best practices.

Candidate requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports).

Degree in Industrial Engineering

Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering.

Knowledge in the following will be valued:

  • Planning software: Primavera P6, Project or Tilos

  • BI tools: POWERBI

  • Database management

Requirements

  • Availability to undertake academic internships for a period of 6 months, through an agreement with the university.

  • Be in the final year of a university degree or an official or qualifying master's degree.

  • Availability to start between September 2026 and March 2027.
