• Salary range: Between 26000-32000€
• Location: Bizkaia / Remote Support (with occasional availability to travel if the project requires it).
• Schedule: 24x7 remote support with a shift-based contract (rotating shifts to be agreed upon and coordinated with the team).

• Education: Technical Engineering or Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Systems Administrator / DBA in complex environments.
• Key Knowledge: Solid knowledge in the administration and management of Oracle databases.
• Tool Ecosystem: Familiarity with security, performance, and monitoring DBTools, such as Guardium, Redis or Topaz.
• Methodology: Experience working under the ITIL best practices framework.
• Skills: Strong customer orientation, continuous improvement mindset, and communication ability in 24x7 high-pressure operation environments.

• Knowledge or experience with SAP HANA.

Your main mission will be to guarantee operational continuity, incident analysis, and the optimization of critical production environments (L2) on 24x7 distributed platforms, working under ITIL methodologies and in a multicultural environment.

• L2 Operations and Critical Support: Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex incidents in distributed and high-criticality production environments.
• Database Administration: Management, maintenance, and ensuring the availability and security of Oracle databases.
• Governance and ITIL: Comprehensive management of incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring the capacity, continuity, and configuration of the environment.
• Evolution and Strategy: Active participation in technological evolution projects, systems architecture design, and market monitoring.
