AI and Process Transformation Consultant

🌟 What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, automation, or the implementation of AI and data solutions.
• Experience participating in implemented projects from start to finish, from identifying needs to implementation and evaluation of results.
• Ability to analyze business processes and transform them into viable use cases and solutions.
• Experience conducting workshops or training for non-technical profiles.
• Communication skills, cross-functional teamwork, and orientation toward the internal client.
• University degree or Higher Level Vocational Training. Demonstrable experience in process analysis and improvement and the application of AI solutions will be especially valued.

• Experience with generative AI.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform ecosystem.
• Microsoft Certifications such as AI-900, AI-102, PL-900, PL-100/200, Copilot Studio, or Power BI.
• Training in data and AI governance, privacy, security, or change management.
• Experience facilitating communities or technology adoption programs.
• Availability for occasional travel between sites when the project requires it.
• English level.

At Nunsys Group, we are expanding our AI Center of Excellence and are looking for an AI and Process Transformation Consultant to drive the responsible and scalable adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the group's various areas.

Your mission will be to accompany business areas in identifying improvement opportunities through Artificial Intelligence and automation, participating in the entire lifecycle of initiatives, from detecting needs to adoption and measuring results.

You will participate in cross-functional AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives, collaborating in roles such as:

• Identification and analysis of AI application opportunities in business processes.
• Design, definition, and validation of use cases.
• Participation in pilots and implementation projects for AI and automation solutions.
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and providing support to users and area managers.
• Driving the adoption of new tools and working methodologies.
• Inventorying and reviewing local solutions to identify synergies and component reuse.
• Collaboration in the definition of governance, security, maintenance, and data management criteria.
• Measurement of the impact and results obtained in the deployed initiatives.
• Participation in the construction of a common model that allows AI to scale throughout the group.
