The role

At Adecco, we are selecting a Stand Steward with Basque to support the sales team of a company dedicated to environmental solutions during a professional event in Bilbao from November 4th to 6th.

What you'll do

✅ Main duties:

Reception and assistance of visitors at the stand.
Information and guidance regarding the company's services.
Delivery of documentation and corporate material.
Registration of contacts and collection of commercially relevant data.
Support for the sales team during meetings and promotional activities.
Maintenance of order and the professional image of the stand.

How you'll work

📍 Work location: Palacio Euskalduna (Bilbao)

📅 Dates and schedules:

November 4th: from 17:00 to 20:30 h.
November 5th: from 10:00 to 14:00 h and from 16:00 to 20:00 h.
November 6th: from 09:00 to 16:00 h.

Availability to work all scheduled shifts is required.
