- Design and implement the Commercial Action Plan for your area within the Smart Branch, aligned with the policies, strategies and working regulations of the Adecco Group: (Segmentation, Prices, Margins, Legal and economic risks) with the aim of attracting new clients, and retaining and building loyalty among existing ones, and therefore ensuring the achievement of Business objectives.

Functions in the Management Area

- Apply the commercial/financial policies regarding prices, margins, risks, PMC, and Profitability from your regional management and the company.

- Manage the Smart Branch profit and loss account using the management report and management control tools in order to meet efficiency and profitability objectives.

- Ensure that the people under your responsibility know, are trained in, and comply with the internal control policies defined by your Regional management and the Company.

How you'll work

- Our schedule is Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00h (intensive Friday). Additionally, we have 28 days of vacation, and 5 free afternoons to enjoy in summer.
