Would you like to be part of the Adecco Foundation team?

In the Madrid team, we are looking for a DE&I Communications Consultant specializing in supporting projects with partner companies, with the aim of promoting labor inclusion for people at risk of exclusion and fostering cultural change in diversity, equity, and inclusion through content and resources.

Main duties:

Support the project team in initiatives with partner companies focused on labor inclusion.

Design and implement communication campaigns and plans for DE&I.

Create communication and marketing materials and content (360º).

Advise on internal and external communication for partner companies and entities.

Support fundraising actions.

Disseminate the Foundation's activities (media, events, conferences).

Requirements

Training in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Experience in content, digital marketing, and CMS (WordPress).

Work in Mac and PC environments.

Intermediate English.
