Commercial Promotions and Campaigns Coordinator

Temporary contract.

Joining a leading company in the insurance sector.

Monday to Thursday: flexible entry between 08:00 and 09:00 h and exit between 17:00 and 18:00 h.

Friday: 08:00 to 15:00.

Salary: €10.10/hour gross.

Per diem: €12.10 per day worked, provided a full working day is completed.

Requirements

University degree or Higher Level Vocational Training, preferably in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Commerce, Commercial Management, or related areas.

Previous experience in commercial coordination, campaign management, promotions, or business development positions.

Valuable experience in the insurance, financial, health, or services sector.

Analytical capacity to interpret commercial indicators and campaign results.

Advanced proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.

Goal and results orientation.

Communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with multiple interlocutors.

Proactive, dynamic profile with a clear commercial orientation.

Experience in customer service and loyalty environments will be positively valued.

At Adecco, we are looking for a Commercial Promotions and Campaigns Coordinator to join a major leading company in the insurance sector. The selected person will join the Central Services area, participating in the coordination, monitoring, and promotion of commercial and promotional actions aimed at boosting contracting, loyalty, and customer engagement, collaborating closely with different business areas and commercial channels.

• Coordination and monitoring of commercial and promotional campaigns aimed at customers and potential customers.
• Management and control of commercial actions linked to health insurance, dental insurance, and other insurance products.
• Liaising with commercial, marketing, and various business teams to ensure the correct execution of promotions.
• Monitoring of results, activity indicators, and measurement of campaign impact.
• Analysis of commercial data and preparation of monitoring reports and improvement proposals.
• Support in the design, planning, and implementation of new commercial initiatives aimed at increasing sales and loyalty.
• Coordination with suppliers and external collaborators involved in promotional actions.
• Supervision of the correct application of promotions, incentives, and campaigns across different commercialization channels.
• Identification of improvement opportunities to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Participation in commercial development projects and continuous process improvement.
